Wow ^^ Its´fantastic!! I like the Pharaoh and his Dark Magician most of all ^.~ But the other Charas are great too :)

I like the composition. Everything is in harmony. Yuugis's legs are perhaps a little bit strange, but that doesn't matter. It doesn't attract attention, because remaining proportions are alright.
The picture has a great symmetry, that's fine for the eyes xD
Beside that, I like the coloration, too. One negative aspect: The picture has no point, in which everything.. uhm.. [how to say in english].. okay, I mean to say, that everything's equal. None of these objects [in the foreground, the background or in the middle] is catch one's eye [I hope you understand xD;]. What a pity. If there were an eye-catcher, it would be better, I think.
However, to summ everything up, it's really beautiful ^^ Repect for you.
