| 100 Picture Challenge # 03 Light - Little Mage Nestaron Wie üblich, zu faul zum übersetzen >_> 100 Picture Challenge Nr. 03 - Light aka.: Little Mage Nestaron... about 8 to 9 human years old (that's less in Sídhe) A chubby little mage, isn't he? I can so totally imagine he'd accidentally magic out the light in the room while having staff-training... because the staff is so shiny and the shiny is even more shiny in darkness... "Whoops, sowwy..." ^^° GOD I've been working on this for weeks... month even kinda... even before I had the tablet... Yes this is completely done with tablet, I had a sketch before that I scanned but then... aaaallll drawn with tablet... I wanted to do something new and try out realistic colouring without thick dark outlines... well kinda worked... I used some free fabric textures for his clothes (not form DA) But I love how his hair, eyebrows and staff turned out... The background was killing me... and the fact that I placed his irises wrong at the first time... I'm not sure if I'll do something like that again... drawing him wasn't so much of a problem but I really have no talent for backgrounds--- or patience for that matter >_> There are some minor things I might still change and clean up but for now it's done... that were like 30 layers for outlines, coloration, patterns, shadow, highlights... Damn he's so cute with his "little" potbelly... *might add more to the description later* |
