I just fell in love while lying all wrecked on my bed. Wonder how that can be? It is very easy. See, whenever I am feeling wrecked up thanks to not enough sleep I am lying down and listen to music. Today I was enjoying my random web radio and then there was this song. Actually before it I was just paying half attention to the music since there was a song on I hated but I was too lazy to skip it. However when the next song, this ONE song, played I was just attracted to the lyrics and the vocalist's voice and I wondered what that might be. So I stood up (my, my agreat effort I did xD) and looked for the name and band. Shame on me: it was by Silverstein, a band I wrote my 'Facharbeit' about and absolutly adore. This song called "Sacrefice" I did not know up to now. All excited and awake suddenly I did a little reasearch (though I hate researches) and I found out they had a new, digital EP and new videos posted on their site.>3
So now I am in love with the new songs and again with Shane and Silverstein. Whatelse is there beside music I should fall in love with so easily?xDD
I cannot help it I just like Shane and his voice.♥ He appears to be so caring about everybody always...his blog in which he wished Silverstein's fans a happy new year he remined us not to drive when we drunk and gave us a number we (well canadians) could call if we needed a taxi service especially for drunk people, I think. Something like that at least. Maybe it was a free taxi service. Yeah I assume that was it.^^" My memory is a little messed up because of all the excitement.>D In addition to this there was a video of Shane playing guitar and singing something alonge just like that. I really love to watch that. It is inspiring and I like this way of doing music...I should watch Silverstein's making off of A Shipwreck again...all the band is great to watch when doing their stuff! Even the producer is just so damn cool.>D
Silverstein is going to have a new album in 2011 - isn't that amazing?*___* I am so happy about it, I am going to google whether they are going to come to Europe some time.xD I should buy the digital EP righ away...^3^ Plus I should buy the albums I do not own by now and the merchandise I wanted to oder long ago...
Man, now I am a stuipidly girly...>DD See you soon and try and listent to "Sacrefice" on "Transitions" by Silverstein if you have some time. They are a great band and it is great music with beautiful lyrics.
Okay, enough of praise, I should also advice you that they are doing some kind of post-hardcore style so if you are not really into some screaming at least it might not have the same effect on you as it had on me.^^
