Die Gebote des Gammelns

Gebot 1: Das Bett ist nur unter strengsten Auflagen zu verlassen.

Gebot 2: Der Gang zur Toilette ist er dann erlaubt wenn es körperlich ungesund wird.

Gebot 3: Gegessen wird dann wenn es dir jemand bringt, bzw. es in Reichweite des Bettes steht. Ansonsten wird erst aufgestanden wenn der Hungertot naht.

Gebot 4: Kleidung die nicht aus Schlafanzug, Jogginghose oder Labbershirt besteht sind streng verboden.

Gebot 5: Geduscht wird erst dann wenn man sich selbst nicht mehr in seiner Nähe sein will.

Gebot 6: Anstrengende Bewegungen sind zu vermeiden.

Gebot 7: In Bettnähe sollten immer zu finden sein die Fernbedienung, was zu trinken und Essensvorat, so vermeidet ihr unnötige Wege und Anstrengungen.

Gebot 8: Regelverletzungen werden mit Ausgehen bzw. dem Haus verlassen hart bestraft.
