Can you imagine how it feels
to be tired, but you can't sleep?
Can you imagine how it feels
To be hungry, but you can’t eat?
Can you imagine how it feels
To be thirsty, but you can’t drink?
Can you imagine how it feels
When your head is full filled … but you can’t think?

You can’t imagine – I know for sure.
‘cause I fake a smile … simple and pure.
You can’t imagine – can’t see the scars
Deep in my soul, shining as stars.
You can’t imagine – I know I’m right
As before years … I lost the fight.

Can you imagine how it feels
To smile, but you want to burst into tears?
Can you imagine how it feels
To be strong, but you only know fears?
Can you imagine how it feels
To see a light, but be around in the nights?
Can you imagine how it feels
To be a virgin, but you open your thighs?

You can’t imagine – I know for sure.
